Yesterday I did about 30-45 minutes of walking. It was nice and I'll have to do that more often.

I did some exercises this morning, lift some weights
I did some exercising today. But, it's limited because of my right leg being weak at the moment.

About 4 hours ago. Did a good hour of weights. I bought some whey protein because it was on offer (half price), which has motivated me to step things up a bit.
Thursday. Took yesterday off because I didn't have the motivation nor the energy. I dont usually have a 'rest day', but I guess yesterday was one. Today's back on track, though.
Going today for the first time in 3 weeks :x
