Hey guys, haven't been doing well in the past few months and I called the crisis hotline and I'm having a worker come to my house to evaluate me, then they present my case to their supervisor, then they present that to the president, then they determine if I should go to crisis or not. They don't allow cellphones or laptops there like the other crisis place I went to did, but they have a lot of group activities and meal preparation for dinner time and community-based stuff.
Hopefully it helps me enough to get me out of this slump I'm in - if they don't have a bed available for me today, I'll probably end up calling another crisis center. If their beds are full THERE, then I guess I may be screwed and end up going to the hospital.
The hospital is my last resort, in all honesty. But lets cross our fingers and hope this helps.
