Obama wrote a book- Dreams from my Father. Obama talks about his Father's dreams in his book and how to wants to live out his Father's dreams. It's all in there. Two other good books are The Roots of Obama's Rage and Obama's America. A good movie to see is- 2016 Obama's America and than form your own opinions after you have seen it. I recommend everyone in the U.S. see it.
There are valid facts in the books I mentioned and in the movie as well so no I am not just making things up like you seem to think.

The difference is that Bush spent all of that money from the prosperity of the late 90s on wars and fascism to empower the rich and screw everyone else. There was a real opportunity to spend the surplus on fixing the environment, or some practical form of health care, or a program that would actually help people instead of hurt them-- but instead everyone wanted tax breaks, and so Bush gave the richest people HUGE tax breaks, and the middle class small tax breaks.

He started all kinds of shit that Obama has to deal with and is extremely difficult to fix.
Afghanistan is the longest war the US has ever been involved in-- thank you, Bush.
Iraq is still going on with no end in sight-- thank you, Bush.
The recession from the housing bubble/predatory lending scandal of 2008 is still an issue-- thank you, Bush.
ALL of the current problems that your country is facing are leftovers from BUSH.
