    Chat: stated number of people vs. people in chat

    Just curious, why does the chat bar say X number of people are in chat, but the number's always lower when you actually go into chat? E.g. the "chat" bar (bottom right of the screen) says 12 people, I go into the chat and there are 3 actual people. And that includes people who may be idle in...
