Alright, lets make a list of things that we can do to feel better during times that we feel low so we can look back to this and maybe help each other out. These can be either short term or long term things to make us feel better, and somethings may work better for others just dont be afraid to post what makes you feel better!

I'll Start

#1: Taking a Nice long Shower

Get out of the house and do something for someone else, like donating some old clothes or volunteering somewhere to take your mind off of your problems and feel better about yourself. So many people here rarely receive a kind word or a smile, but doing something for someone else will ALWAYS illicit kindness and gratitude.

#7 Look at your life, taking a deep breath at your life, and with the next breath - say with utter confidence 'I'll be okay'. :)
Or just give me a hug O_O lol

#10 Make sure you always have an emotional outlet, to run away and be able to say it's okay, not my fault, not worth my attention to the various bullshit raining down on us. Even if its not other people, everyone must find a way to vent.
And hug beauutyy coz she nice  :arms:

aww hug Christian and It because they are sweet<33

#12 tell yourself the good things about you. it helps your selfesteem.and try to improve by saying in the mirror 'i am beautiful' like five times or something, even if you dont think you are. you will eventually come to accept that there are good things about you and you'll feel better too!

Walking my dogs is a great satisfaction and I love watching them do "doggy" things, like checking their 'peemail' or 'sending a peemail'. Also just enjoy their loving trusting company. Always makes me feel better on a walk with the dogs.

#14 I heard it on this site and its true, you just need to keep yourself busy sometimes. Even if you don't feel like it, just getting out and doing stuff will make you feel much better.
