I have been dieting for my fibromyalgia...anyway in like 2 months about I lost 12 lbs give or take (I hold fluid so hard telling exactly how much I lost) Anyway, is that an ok amount for that period of time?
Hi Carolyn and well done
Assuming USA pounds and UK pounds are equal I'd say thats about right especially as in first few weeks you do lose fluid too.
You are an inspiration to the rest of us!!
Do you need to lose much more? Whether you have made a good start or are nearly there, you certainly seem to be on the road to success... :cheer:

you can healthily (is this a word??) loose a pound of week with minimal muscle loss. So assuming 8.5 weeks +2-3 lbs of water = 11.5 lbs. Your ok, I dont know much about fibromyalgia so ill have to do some research but good luck.
You are doing great hun. Don't be discouraged if the loss slows soon. It may as your metabolism changes a bit and your body becomes used to a lower intake of calories. If you can stay at a pound a week, that is the most healthy. Good luck. I know you can succeed. Watch the chocolate I know you love your chocolate.
