I love yoga and last year a site that I used had a 21 day challenge to get people into the habit of doing yoga. It was called the 21 day challenge. I'm on day 6 of a challenge that I started following my last BPD meltdown and am finding it helpful. Controlling my meltdowns is also useful to avoid suicidal behaviour as it is primarily during a meltdown that I act. I also have a Buddhist bracelet made of wooden beads that I'm counting my days on.
