    Re: previous poem I posted for her...

    Here's another...

    To Dana of the charcoal paint...

    Thank-you darl' for all good pain;
    For wonder, magic and hugs.
    Love, 'twas not nearly in vain;
    Warmth - sweetest beer 'twixt mugs.

    Thou'rt beaut'ful, sensitive and kind;
    Thy mind wound', yet of gal'xies.
    To thy heart (pretty) thou art blind.
    Thy real life Ex-file trag'dies.

    10k depths compare not thy light.
    Paintin' thy colours - brushed unhapp'ness.
    I would not end man' things right,
    Tho' imposs'ble, to dream thy love'ness.

    Thy warmest love more than sun's full blight.
    Jew'l'd box kept locked from eyes.
    Dost thou know why I pray for thy sight?
    Through cottag's, smoke protects lies.

    I love thee dear, fingers/voice of talent.
    Thy wished dreams, emotions, healed hugs -
    Stars 'yond speck'ed rainbows, trees show'red -
    Lift thy hands, to blue eyes above.

    show'red = showered
    speck'ed = speckled
    cottag's = cottages
    love'ness = loveliness
    trag'dies = tragedies
    beaut'ful = beautiful
    gal'xies = galaxies
    jew'l'd = jeweled
    wound' = wounded
    'yond = beyond
