It's 8.30am. I am actually getting rather tired now, but I can't go to sleep now :dry: Knowing me, if I'd go to sleep now I'd never be able to get up at 9.30 to get my arse to the appointment with my psychiatrist :dry:

I guess this'll just be another night without sleep then :rolleyes:

Sigh. The boredom that comes along with it.... :yawn:

So I ended up falling asleep somewhere between 8.30 and 9am. Woke up at 9.30am :rolleyes: In time for my appointment, but I cancelled it anyway cos I was so tired. :rolleyes: Not that I got any sleep anymore :rolleyes:

Feck sake I don't know what to do about this, but it's like, whenever I have days off I keep falling back into that old pattern of sleepless nights :unsure:

Blaaaaahhhh..

Yesterday I didn't even get to 1 hour sleep...

and Here I am today, it's 6am and I'm nowhere near sleeping :dry:


It's driving me nuts :sad:

est :hug: I like you to when it comes to sleeping i normal get 2-3 hrs of sleep and skip coupld days. Do you know why you stay up?
