What do you do when the will to live, to carry on has left? :blub:
you try at best to live one day at the time forgetting about tomorrow. you live 24 hours at the time and if you cant think that far, live by the hours till that will to live kick back in and so you can move on hun. this comes by period and thats all there is to do. talk to a specialist about your feelings or lack of feelings might help as well.

You take a break, step back. Rethink what has brought you to this place where you are. Then take one minute at a time and find something good in that moment. Do something for yourself that is good that you haven't done in a long time even though you aren't motivated to do it. Take time out..be who you are. But never let go and give in to what you are thinking ...Always carry on and hang on to hope...as long as there is life ...there is hope. :hug:
You need to set small goals. Like I got out of bed early today. or I got up and made breakfast today. That is just an example, you can set the goal to anything with in reason and once you accomplish a goal that is a positive thought. the more you do it the more it works. If you have suicidal thoughts, get up and tell yourself no not today, I am going to do such n such!!
I know it sounds crazy but it works. I tell myself everyday nope it aint happening today!!

Hi phoenix. When the will to live has left, you have to do everything that you can to regain it. It's still inside of you, it's just buried under all of the bad stuff. I think that setting small goals for yourself is a great idea, as stranger1 suggested. Try doing things that you used to enjoy and see if that helps. :hug:
