    I suggest focusing on the stuff you can do something about and let the rest go. That's one of the things I do to keep the stress down.

    blerg, wish I could write it out, say it... I don't know, maybe a list since I'm a little more coherent at the moment...

    -No Job,
    -No money,
    -Wont have a home soon,
    -Can't sleep,
    -Can't eat,
    -Anxiety attacks,
    -No friends,
    -Loss of hope,
    -Loss of interest in anything,
    -Feeling stressed and paniced every time I leave the house or am people...
    -feeling like I've got no one to turn to...

    Hugs.... At least we all have each other on this forum. Seriously, I hope things get better soon. I, myself am stuck in Chicago with zero friends and lately, I just can not see a light at the end of the tunnel any time in the near future...

    Have you applied for SSI?? Get letters from your doctors stating you have these problems and apply for it.. They might turn you down the first time but then you get a lawyer that specialise in SSI and they will take there fee out of your first check.. SSI will have to pay you back from day1 when you first applied..You need to sit down and write out your options before you loose your place..
