I somehow managed to get up. I went outside, got home, i worked out. AND it helped like... moving is so important... im amazed. I feel so much better. I will try to make this a habbit.
Also, i have been writting a suicide letter each day for the past week. So today i wrote a different letter. I know i still might wake up depressed af tommorow, but i wrote this... and im going to put it on my freaking wall... and i hope i will choose to fight more often.
