I've discovered that I seem to have a pattern. Around the 3rd or 4th of the month I get depressed. I'm not sure what this is about. Is it bipolar of hormonal? Because before that I seem to be in good spirit, able to clean and do loads of stuff and then that date comes around and I get depressed. The reason I just noticed this was looking through my blog dates and that what I saw...

anyone else have this? what does it mean? should I mention it to my psy or is it even worth telling? or should I tell my doctor to check my glands and hormones?

sometimes it takes a specialist who understands the coorelation between hormones and "mental illness" to understand what you are talking about. But yes, I would not be surprised to learn that it is hormones causing this. Dr. Hyla Cass has done work on this. perhaps you can google homeones and mental health.Or hormones and depression. Hormones and mental illness. I know there are people out there who have written about it. Maybe you can somehow become informed enough to figure out how you can find someone locally who understands this very important connection between the two.

And of course, i am not saying that all mental illness or emotional imbalances are cause due to hormone imbalaces. I do not think this is the case)
