Saying someone has it worse makes it seem like a contest to me, and not a good one. Like people are trying to compete over who is more depressed and in the process it can make others feel bad about themselves, and make others feel like their problems arent as important. In all actuality, everyones problems are important and everyone needs support.

Depression isn't a contest, mental illnessed and disorders are not contests. We are not here to try to convince other people that "we have it worse" we are here to offer support to others and receive support in return.
