  1. I wrote this a few months ago when I was going through a really rough time.

    Thanks for reading.

    ----------------------------------------

    He stares through the fog of his own mind,
    Looking into a deep abyss of confusion.
    Drifting among the current.
    Hands grab at him from every direction.
    Scratching... Clawing.
    Tearing away at the fabric of his sanity.

    He does nothing to defend himself.

    His limbs pull away,
    Separating at the joints.
    His memories pour from the tearing flesh,
    and disappear into the surrounding haze.

    He is thankful.

    He feels nothing but tranquility.
    His eyes close as he lets it take him.
    He falls apart, carried into nothing,
    Embracing the sense of bliss,
    and giving himself to it, Forever.

    Wow great poem I agree w/ total eclipse very interesting way of writing. I love the tearing away at the fabric of his sanity line for sure I can so relate to feeling that way.
