It has been a bit of a stretch in the past 1 cream for 1 month but as the spots came down I started applying smaller amounts each day and ended up on 1x cream for 2 months. But now I've grown a cool looking (but very thick) beard they were happy to give me 2x cream for 2 months again.
To my surprise, I’ve managed to use a 1 month supply strictly on my face for 2 months, and half of that time I’ve used it daily, yet I have quite a bit left.
Well, I’m failing to see the connection between a thick beard and a larger supply, but it has managed to make me completely envious.
I may bring the adapalene down to my neck and chest then, once or twice a week to start. Moisturizing apparently helps the acne heal by addressing the impaired skin barrier, so I’m starting to do that for my back post-shower again. Luckily, my left arm is highly flexible for no apparent reason, while my right is pitifully inflexible, so my upper back is ironically where I meet the most resistance.
Few years back I was at a family friends dinner and was outside smoking and my dads friend was coming in from the garage and put his hands on my shoulders from behind in a friendly manner like hows things. It was quite painful and he let go very quickly. I didn't tell him it tell him that it hurt but he could feel the spots through my tshirt and probably could imagine lol
So this is what social interaction gets you: literal pain.
Na, he seems pleasant, or at least considerate. Yes, at least this aspect of your reduced quality of is, for the most part, controlled. It’s a bitch when friction and acne are constants in your life.
The tablet I'm on is lymecycline. Before that I was on doxycycline. Both worked well to bring down the spots but from my own testing over the years I've come to the conclusion that the cream is the real gem.
It seems that topical retinoids are first-line treatments for a reason.
