Hello, I really want to quit smoking. I have been smoking for years since I was a teenager. I have quit before for like a month but always relapsed. The prospect of quitting just seems so distant and hard. I am really worried too. Smoking makes me feel bad.

    I have nicotine gum.

I was just wondering if anyone could give me any advice on how to cope.

Google- Allen Carr Smoking. I'm a smoker myself and don't want to stop at the moment but I know a few people who have said this guys technique is really good. You may have to buy his book or something I'm not sure but apparently his results are phenomenal. Hope this is off help to you and best of luck:smile:

All I can do Bobby is wish you all the best of luck, as I have never smoked a cigarette before. I've heard its one of the hardest addictions to quit, but you've done it before.
