    I've started drinking again. over the past two weeks its got worse. im drinking more and drinking through the day. im using the drink to cope with stress, anxiety and generally life. I don't know how to stop. ive tried stopping, lasted nearly a whole day. if I don't have alcohol I get angry and cut more. I get cravings for the feeling of being off this world.
    I can't deal with this.

    Hi Bullzye you cannot do this on your own then you talk to your doctor get some treatment plans in place ok to help you let go of the booze and replace it with better coping mechanisms Get into a detox program talk to your doc ok do that for you Don't let the alcohol take you away so far you cannot return ok get the help now.

    I am in the same boat Bullzye...I have been drinking on a daily basis.... just to cope.
