I have found that eating hot peppers can yield some relief for sinus pain and pressure as well. Of course, it burns for a while when you eat them but the payoff is when it opens your sinuses. My sinus headaches have often gotten much better anywhere from a half an hour to 2-3 hours after eating some seriously hot peppers. Best thing is, you can slice 'em and put them in some rice or something so you have a tasty meal as well. Alothough I usually don't feel like enjoying it when I have a bad headache.

Try flushing your sinuses with a neti pot filled with salt water. Works WONDERS, and no drugs.
