i've always have had anger issues but past couple months its been getting worse. sometimes ill flip out at my freinds and family for the smallest reasons. sometimes ill be mad for absolutley no reason. ill either go from being happy to mad or happy to depressed in secounds. and it will last for a couple of minutes then i go back to my original mood. im thinking i may be bipolar but my freind also told me it could just be another form of a panic attack (which i have had for about a year). does this sound like im bipolar?

Getting very mad is only one symptom of bipolar mania. Best to see a dr. for a proper diagnosis.

If you think you might be, I'd suggest going to see a doctor who can give a better diagnosis, and possibly get you some meds if you are

Best to get a proper diagnose. Doesn't sound like bipolar, maybe just major depressive disorder. Usually with bipolar moods last for days or weeks, in the case of rapid cycling more frequently but not as frequent as a matter of minutes.

Depression is one of those disorders which most people face in there life as some stage for one reason or the other. If it's children the pressure of studies gets over their head and if it's adults the pressure of work attracts depression. Rather than going on drugs, one should look for the reason behind there problem . Keeping your self busy and changing the schedule also helps sometimes to get over stress and depression.
Try consulting a specialist who can suggest you as how you can get over your problem. There are various prescription drugs to get over anxiety and depression, but these should only be used in accordance with the instruction of a physician and going on anti depressants should be the last option.

Seems a bit dodgy you are linking "cheap xanax" in your sig. Is that even allowed?

The only way to find out if you have bipolar is to go see a dr or a therapist. We can all speculate, list the symptoms and tick the ones we have but that isn't a formal diagnosis. And that won't provide you with the help you need if you do have bipolar. So, to both of you, go to a doctor, tell them how you're feeling and go from there  Good luck
