    What do you do and how do you handle it when inexplicable, hot, bubbling anger fills you up and makes you hate and want to break things???

    Hi Jessane,

    I used to have anger control problems to the point where I could barely breathe and my face and neck would turn red for hours. Something that helped me was to count down from 100 to zero, taking deep breaths between each number. Distraction is helpful too. If what's making you angry is present, walk away from it, put on a funny movie, go for a walk. That's about all I can suggest, hope it helps!
