Anxiety eating away

How long have you had a lack of appetite? I'm wondering what the cause of it could be. I'm definitely not a doctor or anything so maybe you would be better to see one about it?
That's a good point - I've heard the antidepressant Mirtazapine increases appetite as a side effect. IIRC it's sometimes prescribed for anorexia.

I think you just have to force yourself to eat properly to begin with.
My friend said i should start forcing myself to eat but ive done that before and food tastes horrible that way but he said i have to do it even if i dont want to

Sitting down and trying get through a meal of solid food can be hard work when you're feeling that way. Try soups and smoothies. You can drink them down fast, get it over with quick and get the nutrients your body needs.
