  1. every so often i get really...i don't know, jittery?
shaky, cold, sweaty, stomach pains, all at once while my head is spinning
it almost completely physical, except for how my mind goes blank, and it happens at seemingly random
i could just be trying to sleep
or getting ready to actually go out and do something
sometimes it happens when i'm driving, or skating, or at work, or just sitting there
feels like my blood stops flowing and my body is giving out on me
what the hell is going on, and why?

It could be anxiety but you should really consult a doctor.. We aren't professionals so we can't give you a diagnosis.. Seek the help you need and keep in mind that we are here to help support you...

What exactly do you think triggers those feelings.
  4. I've thought about that
haven't really reached an answer yet

every once in a while though, I go through these really odd sociopathic bouts where I can't bring myself to go out in public too often
or do things like interact with friends and family, people in general
does anyone else have this happen? or am I just kind of a nut case?

doesnt happen to EVERYONE, but happens to alot of people here. i am one of those. if you are doing these things you need to go to a doctor unfortunately its not one of those things you can get around to well on your own. its a crippiling issue.

I can relate with those feelings and symptons and I'm almost certain I have anxiety as well.

How long have you felt this way?
  7. These feelings have come and gone for the past few years
its a spring time thing for sure I've noticed
I suppose professional help is the right way to go about this
but I just feel so uncomfortable
    internet is nice, anonymity
