I have severe panic attacks, frequently,
I think the best way to get through them is by taking deep breaths and trying to calm yourself.
most people that get panic attacks are claustrophobic, but when I get them I try and find the tinyest place possible to fit myself into, it makes me feel safer which calms my nervs,
PM me if you would like to talk more about it.

I tend to do one of two things:

    1. I clean the bath, vaccuum, wash windows..whatever it takes to keep me too busy to give in to it.

    2. The complete opposite, I sit absolutely still and just breath thru it.

Whatever, you have my sympathy they absolutely stink.
