Anyone here struggling with epilepsy?

I was diagnosed in November with epilepsy (a seizure disorder). I was just wondering, do any of you here have it? How do you cope with it? I'm on meds, but my neurologist brought the dosage down to balance out with my other medications.

Haven't got it my self but have an aunt who has up to 5 grand mal seizures a day.
They can be pretty hairy but she manages marvellously, especially now they have changed her to a new med that seems to keep her on an even keel.
Epilepsy can be frightening, but there are some really good new treatments out there, make sure you get the best for you.
