It feels like my head and chest are about to explode.

I'm not good enough for anyone. Never was, never will be. I'm just a fuck up.

Could it be that you're the sort of person to aim too high for things? Having elevated standards help us achieve and feel happiness when we overcome an obstacle and reach our goals however, set those standards too high and we feel like we may never achieve anything. Being depressed just complicates the issue further and the position is ripe for us to land into misery when we fail to reach the impossibly high standards we have set ourselves. Aim lower, take it slower, it's nasty being stuck in shit but running wont get you out as fast as slow and steady.
