Just had an argument with gf about something really silly, basically it was just a miscommunication. She is sulking now and we play the silent game with each other. Why am I such a negative person? Sometimes I hate myself because as soon as I had any kind of life problem I'm starting to research on suicide methods. As if I want to revenge by making them feel guilty because they have made me feel bad. I want to be a more cheerful person and not easily depressed! Is there any way??
