at last

    at last i think i now have the courage to tell.im concidering going to the gp.my only problem is i do not respond well to people i dont no.i do not go to the gp often.i have been told to keep a short diary for a few weeks and just hand it to the gp instead ov talking.wot do u think.i no i cannot sit and talk about myself..im really worried about the responce i get..i live in a little village and im not convinsed my gp will understand as i dont think there is much ov it about here.i dont think.may be wrong... i really need to go now as things have got very bad.i am harming everyday and its not taking much to trigger me any more..

    I think it's worth talking to your doctor and hopefully he will help you with your self-harm.

    your doctor will be legally obliged to do what ever you want to do, remember they're not counsellers, they're GP's. They can put you in contact with some one who can give you professional help on the level you need. stay strong hun, you know we're here :hug:
