    I've got into this sleeping pattern of staying up until 4/5am, then getting up at about 11am or later, at times.
    I've got coursework I've gotta do on my mind, but I've no motivation to do it, and I feel that all the days are slipping away, due to me being asleep for half of them :dry: :mellow:

    I hate it!

    ive done that before - especialy during time off. im sure us sleeping pattens will change when u get back to school. it will get better once your back into a routine. Try and clear your head before going to bed. and problems maybe try and write down. try and clear your mind.

    joe remember sleep patterns are just habbit.give urself a time every morning to get up -they say 1 hour earlier then usual when trying to get back a normal pattern.then by 2nd night u are so ready for bed,hope it works,and all those with babies -give them to joe for nights :lol-u could make a fortune joe.
