I figured that if I have just food, moderate amount of money, health care, home, and caring people, I would be relieved of depression once and for all. For most people, it's the caring people part that's missing. some homeless people that I know are more mentally sound/healthy than me maybe cuz they have caring people on their side.

Just rambling before I goto this painful business meeting today....

Ramble away. It's good to get thought processes down and hear what other people think.

I'm like that. In my head I know what will make me better but I just can't reach that goal because of the people around me.

I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing to think like that because it can be frustrating...and what if you reach those goals and nothing emotionally changes? Of course we need caring people around us, and that does seem to be the thing lacking for most people. It's not nice, to have to rely so much on other people and have them let us down.
