Theakston's Old Peculier. Better on draft if you can get it. Not quite as good in a bottle.

all black sheep brewery ales are great although old peculiar is my favourite too (riggwelters great too, like how they used our old language for the name), luckily i live very close to the brewery and often go there.
apart from theakstons i also drink alpine lager, abbots ale and must admit im bit of a sucker for traditional mead.

Prefer lager at the mo, either carling or red stripe. but drink beers aswell

Quite like taylors beers, the brewery is only down the road so it seems every other pub has taylors on

sigh, i wish there were actually good breweries in finland. Very rare to find good foreign draft beer around here, and also overly expensive. Common low quality lager costs maybe around 3-4€ in cheap bars and for something more rare you probably have to pay 6€.

Nowdays liquor stores and also larger grocery stores are starting to have a larger variety of beers, especially British ales in 0.5l bottles. Those usually cost 4€

    i love all good beer.

i love strong beer (8 %) from a microbrewery here in montreal. forget the name! i also like belgian ales...(the monks do a great job)

Red Stripe - just for fun
Rickard's Red - good for everyday
Hacker Pschorr - good german beer
Guiness Stout - on a cold night, fireplace, and a good chat

Haven't liked any that I've tried so far.

Maybe it's an aquired taste like sugarless coffee.

Drinking alone is nearly always the start for future alcoholics. Mind your intake.

Regardless, I'm not a beer person. Vodka coolers or rum and coke are what tickles my fancy.

    Sierra Nevada
    Fat Tire

For people stuck drinking piss like Budweiser, try Ichiban - it's a bit stronger than water beer, and will get you drinking real beer in no time. :)

Belgian beer such as Leffe is nice, very sweet. Also San Miguel, Red stripe and Corona are good too. Not too much of a connisuer though, an expert would probably give you better ideas. Steer clear of American beer though!

I am a Vodka woman, but...
Beers I love would have to be,
    Coopers Pale ale,
    West End Export,
    Southwark Bitter,
    West End Draught,
    James Boags Premium

Or my man's homebrew is a good drink! :):):):)

*nods* on the Coopers Pale Ale

Cascade Premium would be my choice out of the mass produced aus beers. Its probably the most expensive local beer in terms of 6 packs/slabs (overpriced imo) Last night I was aiming low....Carlton Draught longnecks eww lol. cheap n cheerful.
