  1. Lost
    in chaos, and uncertainty
    Plagued by all
    that worries me
    In early morning hours
that should be spent on rest
    Instead I am beset
    by demons haunting me,
    new and old, who
    scream responsibility
    Oh, I was once wise
    and strong
    Yet, oh, how long
    can I endure
    what’s passed before my eyes
    and where I now stand
    My mind leaves
    My soul shrieks
    I do not understand
Is there beauty in despair ~
This life was once so fair
    But days turned into
    weeks and months,
    then years,
    so that now I am
    completely swallowed
    by my fears

uncertainty surrounds us in the chaos of life,
unbridled with strife is the feeling instilled
    drilled from infancy
the morning hours when sleep needed is not be
is the time when the words show your soul how to see
wise you are yet my friend,
because you find the beauty in the despairty
