any ideas?
chicken noodle soup.
Citrus fruits. And drink their juice. You need the vitamin C. In fact, consider taking a complete multi-vitamin tablet with meals. I take one at least twice a day and hardly ever get sick.
Tavil-Thanks for your suggestion but I really dislike chicken noodle.
Right you are ken- Thanks, I'm already taking vitamin C (300mg)capsules but don't seem to be getting any better. I'll keep drinking lots of juice,ty
Noooo soup >_<
I always eat quiche when I'm ill.
yoghurt, porridge, soup - all easy to swallow and nourishing.
The BRAT diet
without going into lots of detail these are easy for your body to digest when it is battling invaders-apples surprised me as it is hard on my tummy so I drink apple juice.
Chicken Noodle always makes me feel better but my understanding is that the fluids that it provides is what is beneficial. Get Vitamin C and B Complex for sure!
Hope ya feel better
And lots of it (except meat/eggs, which tend to be fatty and should be eaten in reasonable quantities). This is the healthiest diet available, sick or not, in my opinion.
Thanks so much everyone..
I had fruit juice ,crackers and bananas!
