    Thanks for this. I'll definitely have to read through this.
    I'm still not sure if I am bipolar. My last doctor told me he thought I was, but all previous doctors and therapists I've seen said they didn't think that was it. Lately it seems like I have a lot of the symptoms or w/e. Oh well

    my best friend gave me some good advice: don't worry about the labels, just focus on the treatment.

    for me, i'm taking an anti-psychotic and a mood stabilizer and they work well for me, better than the anti-depressants. yeah, they use these drugs for bipolar, but i'm not gonna stress on that. i also monitor my moods, watch out for early warning signs, and do my best to follow a general wellness plan (good sleep, exercise, nutrition).

    some of the docs think i'm bipolar, others not, and a few say let's wait and see.

    i just concentrate on what i need to do in order to stay out of the hospital.
