When I bite myself I feel a sense of calm.
It's the endorphins that we get from pain. What caused you to bite yourself?
I always do it when I get stressed.
Do you leave marks? If so, you may want to look into cleaning them up a bit.
How can we help you destress...

The bite marks usually go away in a couple of days.
I honestly don't think there's anything anybody can do to help me de-stress. It's at the point where I'm actually visualizing myself committing suicide. I don't think it'll be too much longer before I get up the courage to go through with it.
