  1. a caring heart
    drained of what it held
    blackened by avarice for death

    those eyes of gold
    dead and empty
devoid of sight, bereft of joy

    my spirit crushed
    fine powder and soot
    to the wind with abandon

    this body, battered
    stitched back together by Hate
    held by pain

    this old photograph
    trembles in my hand
    tear it in two...

    maybe i'll forget you

This is a very deep and emotional poem. The last part of it is very powerful. If you ever need to talk I am here for you. Send me a pm and I will get back to you as soon as I get it. I hope to see more of your poems soon. Take care and I love you. :cheekkiss  :cheekkiss  :cheekkiss  :cheekkiss
