    ok
if you have bandage then wrapp it, or a towel of some kind, nice and tight to keep pressure on it and keep it raised above your heart.

    is it deep?

raise it above your heart and put pressure on it. then call an ambulance if it's not stopping.
    How badly is it bleeding?

doesnt sound too bad izzie, wash it out and dry it then cover it.

if it keeps on bleeding with pressure applied then go to a&e, u may need steri strips

Keep it raised, Izzie. Wrap a towel or bandage round it really tight.

take it easy hun, as long as you have it wrapped tightly it will stop bleeding, also keep it raised, that will slow the bleeding down.

once thats done then just rest up, you will be alright and no hospital.

you should take more care of yourself Izzie, please don't harm yourself like that again without speaking to me first, next time you may have no choice but go to hospital.

here if you need me

theres nothing you have said or done that can't be forgiven and got over, your life is worth more than this.
and theres no need to say sorry, everything is forgiven and no harm done.

has anything happenned to make you do this

I think you should go to the hospital just to make sure that your arm is ok izzie. Just to make sure that it doesn't get infected. Also, talk to someone about how you're feeling.

    Hey Izzie,

The important thing is to keep pressure on the cut. I wrap a cloth around the cut, then use a tie or belt to keep pressure on the cloth. If it's dribbling, then that means your cut is relatively superficial.

Over the next 24 hours make sure the cut is cleaned at least three times--I usually just take three showers during the day. Then see about buying some butterfly bandages to keep the two sides of the flesh closed together.

Also, be sure to drink plenty of sugary liquids to replace what you've lost in your cut. In addition, try to eat healthy for the next few days so as to boost your immune system.

    James.
