I would like to suggest a book, its called Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom.
It is not a self help book, but there are many answers within, some of the answers to questions i had not even thought to ask myself. I have found it immeasurably helpful in my quest to look inside myself.
Anyone who seeks answers to why they feel as they do, and even more importantly how to try and deal with those thoughts, should read it.
