I would like to suggest a book, its called Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom.
It is not a self help book, but there are many answers within, some of the answers to questions i had not even thought to ask myself. I have found it immeasurably helpful in my quest to look inside myself.
Anyone who seeks answers to why they feel as they do, and even more importantly how to try and deal with those thoughts, should read it.

Just as a foot note i would like to add, that finding the answers is one thing, acting on them another. Thats my problem, intention.

I'm in full agreement with that.
Interesting book, I'll look it up.

I read this book when my father was dying.
    It's an excellent suggestion, Pete.

Just curious - was there one part of the book that resonated with you the most?
