Thought be good to start new thread/game.

As my love is books thought be good idea to share what we enjoy reading, who and what.

We can come and say what we are currently reading and by whom, if enjoying it and also come along and share our favourite books from now or past etc, doesn't have to be books, magazines/journals etc count too.

    I shall start off

Catcher in the Rye- JD Salinger.
I read this first when a late teenager and was fascinated by it, I am not American and know at one time was on the syllabus in US schools.
Its a very depressing but upbeat and inetresting book, have heard it on audio books recently and was very enjoyable.

Nice to see a thread like this :) Thanks for thinking of it!

Now I'm reading the Journal of André Gide, I love Gide and it gives me a chance to know him better. I am surprised to see how much humanity and warmth is in the book, also, it calms me down, gives me the sense on fluidity somehow and normality.

The book I'm currently reading is the Mammoth Book of True Hauntings. Creepy especially because I had strange experiences of my own, so it's hard to read at night :p
