    Slice me, dice me
    Demean me, scream at me
    Insult me, revolt me.
    I give them Buddha.

    Damage me, scavenge me
    Defame me, blame me
Have a go at me, snow me.
    I give them Buddha.

Hurt me, throw dirt at me
    Question me, pester me
    Reject me, dissect me
    I give the Buddha

    Work me, jerk me
    Ignore me, deplore me
    Go past the limits
Know there's a human in it.
    I give them Brooklyn.

I don't know why but this poem reminds me of the flaming monk...

What remained of Hòa thượng Thích Quảng Đức, when cremated, his body was burned, but his heart remained intact...this was a sign of compassion and understanding...I hope someday, to have a heart less vunerable, and for there to be less Brooklyn...J
