Hi guys,
I'm not so sure anyone can help, but I'm not leaving a note so I guess this is it. In the last 3 weeks Ive had 52 stitches so that doesnt work xxxxxxxxxx

Please dont do this, if you have someone to leave a note to, then call that person and tell them you need to go to the hospital.
