Bullet Journal Ideas

I have started keeping a bullet journal or dot journal. There are lots of neat ideas out there for mental health related pages so I thought I would snag a few and post them here. Please feel free to add yours (might want to take a pic before anything is filled in). I'll be using the one below as I like the variety of things to choose from each day and can see a whole month.

I would just suggest that you add some positive things to the log. Like I showered today, went for a walk today, cut down on the cigs today.....etc. Otherwise you will be focused totally on the negative things which will only drag you down more.
