Business aid?

    What do you search for on SF, or rather what finds you? Countless ads? A "Donate" button? Emoticons which simplify human gestures and make the site more dumbed down? Google spider, Websense?

    By coming to this site, are we giving ourselves an opportunity to get help, or are we creating a fascade for each other to make it seem that way, in order to make ourselves feel more comfortable? Are we playing into a system run by the management here? Is the management playing into the world wide web? Do we come here, funneling our means of communication with the illusion that we are widening it?

    Does it matter?
