    so yeh my sleeping pattern plain sucks. I go to bed somewhere between 7am and 9am and sleep till somewhere between 1pm and 4pm, that is IF I sleep, usually I wake up a dozen times during that time, partially cos of the cat :dry:

    Also I tend to stay away for some days, then sleep a whole day and then be awake for god knows how long again.. it differs day to day but it's definitely not normal. hmfp and I cant get myself to do anything like exercise or whatever. I don't even have a doc, so seeing my doc isn't really an option either at the moment :dry:

    Maybe do something about that cat :p
    Have you tried to try and get into a routine. Like go to bed at a certain time everynight, even if you can't sleep, just lay there for as long as you can. And don't think about going to sleep, just relax. Try this a few times to see if it helps. Also maybe have a hot drink or a warm bath before you plan on going to bed.
