Talking to people don;t always work, I've tried that and it's HOPELESS. Sorry to say that, but that's what I have experienced. And yes, I talked to psychiatrists, psychologists, you name it. But none of them really give a shit! They just listen then decide "Oh let's give you some Lorazepam" and send you home. Wow. some Health Care System (in Newfoundland anyway).
Sorry for the rant, just felt I had to add that in.
