Can't enter chat sos

    I need it real bad... And I can't enter chat.... I'm clicking on it and nothing no room no pm coming...sos

    Resolved itself for now . But it can be a problem in time of crisis..
    Also pm on phone hangs very bad. Please please fix it..

    I am going to empty the database and see if that speeds things up.

    I'm having trouble staying on chat and getting onto chat. Any suggestions?

    I need more information than "having trouble" - in what way are you having trouble and what device are you using?

    @Brian777 @CodeX @Butterfly Have any of you had a problem with mobile chat turning a dark grey when you tap it and/or not letting you in the room? If yes, do you have any thoughts on resolving it?

    No problems on my iPhone for me.

    Hi Lu I've never had any problem on my iPad, I'm logged into Chat now and will let you know if any thing happens.

    Nope, mobile chat turning dark grey in Android means either their processor can't handle heavy arrowchat script or the browser hangs for some other reason .. they should see "wait to respond" and "end" after a while.

    I believe the user is on an iPhone - would that be the same reason?

    Not sure, can they take a screenshot when it happens by pressing and holding the “Sleep/Wake” button and then the “Home” button.

    Screenshot should be automatically saved to their iPhone Camera Roll, from there they can upload it here.

    I don't ever see wait to respond or end. It is an iPhone. Thank you all for trying to help. It's been frustrating.
