can't make myself eat

    I haven't eaten for several days because I haven't felt hungry. I don't have anorexia nervosa...although I hate the way I look, it has nothing to do with being fat. I just can't make myself eat. I know I NEED to, but I have no appetite, nothing sounds good, and every time I try to take a bite of anything I feel so nauseous that I can't even swallow it. Help? :nerves:

    Mood disorders can effect appetite. Are you feeling very very anxious and depressed? My appetite just goes right off when I'm like that. Especially anxiety- the thought of food makes me throw up. If you're going through a lot of stress at the minute, this also effects appetite. Is drinking fluids more easier then eating food? I usually tend to stick to drinks, high in nutrition if I can't eat.
