I know how you feel. I've been the same for the last few days.
Doing stuff like watching tv "American Dad and Family Guy, really helped". Listening to music and looking forward to going away this weekend with a good friend, is helping cheer me up a bit.
Taking a trip to the sea, has a calming effect on my mind, maybe it might help you.
