hi i need to quit but i cant. does anybody have good quitting methods?
I always found the idea of drawing a butterfly in the areas where you tend to cut being a good idea. I'm not sure how to explain it but it should be easy to find on the web. Other than that I hope you manage to stop and can find a method that suits you best in doing so.
Rubbing ice on a place where you want to self harm might help, relieve the SH feelings and safe at the same time
