This is more of a surprising thought put into typing form, than an actual poem, but it doesn't matter i guess.

    “Cherish Nothing”

    I cherish nothing
like a fossil buried in the sand
    This revelation came to me
With the force of a bear's striking claws
And the oddness of waking up
    Next to bloody footprints
    Only to realize
    They’re mine

Of course it does matter. I can feel the pain in this poem, or thought. I have been there myself.
